This 4.5M FRP Rescue Boat is designed and produced according to the latest regulation and SOLAS requirement.Its outer Hull and Inner structure are made of Fire retardant glassfibre reinforced polyester (FRP), which forms a unit by stainess steel screws.Design and construction are fulfilled with the need of reliable, low maintenance standby and operation. which bottom design offer a seakeeping ability at fully speeds in all sea conditions. Between its outer hull and inner structure is filled with polyurethane buoyancy foam. once damaged below the waterline, the boat will still float at safe level in fully flooded andloaded condition. The deck has an anti-slip surface. Lifelines are fitted both sides of the rescue boat. This rescue boat is lifting by the release hook installed on its cabin or by a 3-point lifting sling. This 4.5M FRP rescue boat have two types of propulsion systems:One is outboard engine and the other is inbuilt engine. The outboard engine are normally MERCURY PETROL engine, there is a operation direction on the engine. inbuilt engine is always 380J-3 engine,one steering gear systems should be install on the boat for this engine. This FRP 4.5M rescue boat always hosting and loading by single arm rescue boat davit, A Frame davit or inverted arm gravity. related marine equipment should be installed on the boat per the SOLAS requirement.
